By Rhuswalf ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Focustop browser extension (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Extension").

1. No Collection or Transmission of Personal Data (Zero-Server Architecture)

We do not operate any external servers, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or browsing history). You can use all functions of our Service immediately upon installation without any sign-up or login procedures.

2. Types of Data & Browser Local Storage

Any data, settings, or preferences you configure in Focustop are stored 100% locally in your web browser's isolated storage (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.session). We have no access to this data.

The types of data kept locally in your browser sandbox include:

• Password Lock Screen: The password hash and configuration used to protect your workspace dashboard. (Password verification takes place entirely on your local machine).
• Checklist (Todo List): Your daily tasks, checklist text, and completion status.
• Shortcuts: Custom website links, shortcut icons, and folder/group organization values.
• Focus Timer & Statistics: Focus session duration, blocked website access counters, and recent activity snapshots.
• Wallpapers & Stickers: Custom uploaded background image/GIF data, sticker coordinates, sizing, and layout configurations.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

Because your data is kept exclusively in your local web browser, we do not and cannot share, sell, lease, or distribute your information to any third parties under any circumstances.
