Focustop is a Chrome extension that provides a new tab designed for focus, featuring a focus timer, site filter, ad blur, shortcuts, and sticker decoration.

Focustop does not collect or sell users' personal information to the developer's server. Data necessary to provide the extension's features is, as a rule, stored in the local storage of the user's browser and can be directly deleted by the user.

1. Information Processed

Focustop may store or temporarily process the following information in the user's browser to provide its features.

1.1 Information Entered or Configured by the User

• Shortcut names, URLs, and group tab URLs added by the user
• List of excluded sites, blocking levels, and activation status set by the user
• New tab background settings, uploaded background images, or sticker images
• Section visibility and section order
• Language settings and Dark/Light mode settings
• Ad blur, blur effects, and top clock display settings
• Search domain settings
• Password configuration information

Note: Passwords are not stored as plain text. They are saved as hash values with a salt in the local browser storage. If a password is lost, the developer cannot recover it.

1.2 Information Generated During Focus Feature Usage

• Focus timer start time, end time, and remaining time
• Records of completed focus sessions
